A Bootcamp is a solid training in a team, usually in the open air, such as in parks, forests, dunes and the beach, but also in the city. The purpose of boot camp is to train as effectively as possible with professional guidance from a personal trainer, so that you can achieve your personal goals. Bootcamp is usually done in a small group and is a varied full-body workout.
